Oven roasted chickpeas are a staple snack in my toolkit. While changing between a low-fat to a low-fat lifestyle and back again, there was always a need to stuff my face with the right foods to stay satisfied and full while remaining slim.
Roasted chickpeas are a great alternative to sugar and fat laden treats and easy to make in bulk.
When done right, they crisp, crunchy and strangely addictive. If you don’t portion correctly then they are easy to overeat however unlike other grazing snacks, they are not calorie dense such as nuts.
