    NEW CHEESE - This is a first preview of this new cheese for those who want to try it and provide some feedback. The first-edition is a bit strong on the cardamon though so do avoid if you dislike cardamon :) The next edition after will be less cardamon-y.

    Mild tangy with touch of cashew sweetness. Paired with a spices for a earthy, floral and kinda fruity vibes from whole coriander (spice) & cardamon.
    Texture Semi soft cheese. Creamy and soft with a bit of a body.
    Maturity 10-days minimum
