Tasting profile: Extra sharp with intense nutty and sour flavours reminiscent to an extra mature cheddar.
Texture: Very firm, dry and crumbly.
Aged and washed thrice weekly using a culture & salt brine solution. Made within a Penicillium Roqueforti cave.

Eating: Crumble on small, bite-size crackers, OR over dishes or level up a sauce.

This cheese is for the real OG cheese lover out there. This cheese has been carefully aged and washed twice weekly with a blend of a brine solution and my secret cheese culture starter.
Firm and creamy, this cheese has a strong tangy sharp flavour with subtle acidic notes and other complex finishes.
Paired with my secret blend of good bacteria cultures, it has been matured over two months in a Blue Cheese Cave to have a complimentary tanginess. No other vegan cheese comes close to this beauty of a beast!
