Authentically "scalded" cream low and slow for 12-hours for a rich texture that is full of flavour. This is not a sugary whipped cream. It's the real deal. Though not 100% like the dairy-version, this vegan clotted cream is elegant and indulgent fit for scones, desserts and more.
