Never have I ever tried an apple ✨butter✨ before. Well, I have now and it is glorious. Still working out how to use it but it has a smooth and buttery texture with of course a sweet apple flavour and aroma with a lot of depth with a bit of acidity.
With a dash of whisky, it elevates it to a new lever that is fancy AF.
Recommend a small spread of this onto a cracker and of course some cheese. I would personally recommend this with the Maple Wood Smoked cheese.
- Sweet, smoky and piquant with Bramley apples, cider vinegar, Madagascan vanilla and whisky. Enjoy with Wensleydale and Farmhouse Cheddar
