      Tasting Profile Authentically smoked outdoors using real wood for 5-8 hours. Intensely rich & savoury smoked cheese with a tangy profile and a subtly sweet finish thanks to the whisky that was stored within the oak wood barrels. Forget applewood. This is for the real smoked lovers.
      Texture Firm and creamy with a tiny bit of a crumble factor. Can be sliced thinly.
      Similar to This has been said to remind people of Wensleydale or a Cheshire cheese, just smoked.
